Course outcomes

Learn how to communicate and evolve your growth strategy:

  • Understand different types of micro-loops. Through modern examples and cases, you will learn about different types of growth loops, their variations, key execution factors, and how to identify them for different types of products.

  • Build your qualitative growth model. By building a detailed qualitative growth model, you will answer the question, “How does our product grow?”

  • Build your quantitative model. You will build a quantitative growth model to analyze your different growth loops, scenarios, and goals. Identify the point in the model that is constraining growth.

  • Improve your growth loops. Learn to diagnose problems early at various steps in your loop and unlock the most common constraints.
