A Cohort Pass is what you purchase to gain access and enrollment to a live course. Cohort Passes can be purchased in the product or assigned by a team subscription owner. Active membership is required to participate in a live course. Cohort Passes start at $1,495 and bulk discounts are offered at purchase, as well as a discount for first time individual membership purchases. Cohort Passes expire 1 year after they are purchased.
Yes! We highly recommend bundling the on-demand access with cohort passes, as live courses are one of the most effective ways for team members to engage with our community, content, and drive step change in their careers and on your team. But if you’d wish to buy on-demand access only, the pricing is:
- $5,995/yr for 10 users
- $14,995/yr for 30 users
- For 30+ on-demand seats, please contact us so we can build something custom for you
Total. For example, the Starter Plan mentions 10 seats + 2 cohort passes. This means that you have 2 cohort passes to allocate as you see fit across the team; not 2 cohort passes per person.
We have heard from members time and time again that participating in a live course is the most powerful way to onboard into the Reforge ecosystem, which is why we discount it and bundle it with new membership purchases. Upon renewal, you’ll be able to choose to renew access just to the on-demand content library.
