Erika has spent her tech career building and scaling marketplaces. As the former Head of Growth at Change.org, she's aligned her professional skills with a personal ambition to change the world and empower others to do the same. She's a mom, foodie, and travel lover as well as a Chicago resident who's always hungry for discovering Michelin stars. Erika’s prior roles include VP of Product & Strategy at Wyzant (a tutoring marketplace that supports millions of students with their learning goals) and she was a founding member of the product team at Grubhub.
