Who is this course for?
This course is designed for product managers, marketers, founders, and others who need to engage with customers as a core part of their job. It provides a deep dive into many of the different types of customer conversations that are found across organizations and offers frameworks, examples, and templates for how to make the most of those interactions.
What you’ll do:
- Learn frameworks and approaches for any customer conversation, ranging from problem discovery to product support.
- Understand how to make sense of and respond to customer feedback.
- Practice key conversation skills in small groups to develop confidence and find your own voice.

We’ve been hearing from members and experts that they want more topics and different types of courses - so we are trying something new to meet this need! This course will be a fast and focused virtual experience with live events that span from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on the course. It will be smaller than a typical 4-6 week course offered from Reforge as enrollment will be capped. These courses are open to everyone; Reforge members are welcome to join but you don’t need a Reforge membership to enroll. Because these are part of a beta experience, you will only have access to any asynchronous content for 6 months from your course start date.
In comparison, the 4-6 week Reforge courses have a more consistent and longer structure with 2-3 hours of asynchronous content plus an event each week. The group size varies by course but is typically larger. The 4-6 week Reforge courses are only available to Reforge members, and members have access to their course content and all 4-6 week courses asynchronously for the duration of their membership.

The time commitment varies by course. Each course is entirely virtual and will consist of self-paced materials (reading and/or video), live online events in Zoom, and a community Slack channel. The specific details of live events and amount of self-paced material varies by course and is listed on each individual course page.

If you are not a Reforge member, you will only have access to the course you purchased. Reforge members get access to the course they enrolled in and many other materials in the Reforge library.
