You will learn a step-by-step process for deepening your product strategy understanding to better identify needle-moving work. We will also teach you how to create and get buy-in on a clear scope-specific vision using the Stakeholder-Forum-Style Framework.
Creating Feedback Systems
You will learn a new way of approaching feedback inputs and a step-by-step process for creating a constant feedback system in which to improve products and features. You'll also learn how to create a product lever dashboard helping you identify your highest leverage metrics.
Building 4D Roadmaps and Effective OKR Loops
You learn how to create impactful 4D roadmaps pulling together product strategy, vision, feedback, and lever dashboards, and how to create effective OKR loops that build your product intuition for what drives outcomes.

The 4-6 week live courses offered this fall all require a Reforge membership. This includes the following courses: Growth Series, Retention & Engagement, Growth Leadership, Product Management Foundations, Mastering Product Management, Product Strategy, Product-Led Growth, and Marketing Technology
Like with any meaningful experience, you get out what you put in. When you enroll in a course, you are expected to attend all live events, complete all exercises, and review all asynchronous content and material. Please note that all events and content will be in English.
In total, we expect a weekly time commitment of at least 3-5 hours each week. Many members decide to devote significantly more, but here’s how that minimum breaks down:
• Async content: 1-3 hours depending on the program
• Live events: 90 minutes, plus 5-10 min reviewing case pre-read in advance.
• Additional engagement: 30 - 90 min per week for Slack engagement and applying material to your work.
