The Senior Producer (Creative Producer, Content Producer, Program Manager) role is an opportunity for a detail oriented, visual storyteller to spend their days understanding the minds and strategies of the leaders behind the fastest growing technology companies. You'll be the “glue” that brings to life a world-class content experience for Reforge programs.

You'll be joining as part of the foundational team of a profitable proven startup, doubling seven figure revenue year over year, that is led by experienced entrepreneurs. In addition, you will be integrated into our community of subject matter experts include the leaders behind building companies like Slack, Pinterest, CreditKarma, ClassPass, ipsy, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Thumbtack, and more.

Reforge was founded by Brian Balfour (former VP Growth @ HubSpot, 3X venture backed founder) and includes key advisors (Andrew Chen, Managing Partner @ Andreesen Horowitz, former growth @ Uber) and Russell Glass (Former founder/CEO Bizo - acquired by LinkedIn). We are based in San Francisco, but welcome remote team members based in the US. what you’ll do

  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of research lead, content designers and others to develop world-class content on frontier topics for Reforge programs.

  • You will knit together the course lessons, research, and personal stories/examples from subject matter experts to produce a content experience that is engaging, deep, and best in class.

  • You will be the “glue” that brings together all the different pieces of program content into a seamless experience.

  • Produce in depth video and audio interviews with leaders from the top companies in technology

  • Develop differentiated positioning for each of the Reforge programs you own.

  • Help source and manage individual contractors for case study and data set development.

  • Own gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing customer feedback on course content for your team.

  • Program Production Team - Cross functional team of content designers, producers, and researchers.

  • CEO - You'll work closely with the CEO and management team as Program production is our top priority.

  • World Class Students - Our programs are application only and selective. They attract top performers from the world's leading tech companies.

what we are looking for

  • 5+ years in a production, editing, instructional design, product marketer, or journalism role.

  • A portfolio or body of examples of content or experiences that you have created or produced.

  • Strong storytelling ability, making complex analytical concepts accessible, visual and engaging.

  • Ability to think visually and work with content designers and research leads to bring concepts to life.

  • Strong sense of user experience and aesthetic.

  • Ability to develop user-research and customer feedback and analyze it in pieces to identify problems and areas of opportunity.

  • Knowledge of how to use video, audio, and content editing tools.

  • Solid project and people management skills. Ability to coordinate teams and keep them on schedule.

  • Knowledge or passion for online education and professional development.
