- We want to understand the way how parents Search and Select babysitter [what criteria they use] and what flow they have to select the relevant one, in order to know how relevant “XXX” functionality will be for them, and also what filters/actions we need to prioritize on a Search screen;
✔ Target audience:
- Only Parents, who messaged at least once and received a reply in the last 2 weeks
