Nuvocargo's teams use this template to make sure that the solution you have created is adopted and correctly implemented in the fourth phase of their product development process.

Business Owner (Demand/ Supply / Marketplace head or delegate) —

How will the implementation be rolled out? Over what time period?

What external documentation are we creating for users? (Help Center, Q&A)

What is the criteria to move from one step of the rollout to the next? (e.g. What's the goal for a beta vs full release)

Can it be rolled back (or only fixed forward)?

How are customers affected if a rollback is needed?

What dashboards and alerts should exist to ensure this capability is healthy from the product and engineering side?

Plan for a time to review 1 month post-launch results (this can take place in team retrospectives or metrics reviews) 

How does this change our hypothesis about this problem?

Communicate results to direct team and business owners
