Proposal - Sarah’s Role During Product Transitions
Current Situation
The current staffing of the Product team (one PM and Interim VP) has immediate gaps to fill in order to rebuild a functioning product team. An Interim VP will absolutely help to stabilize and build the organization, but even with this role there will be immediate gaps to fill:
- Hiring.
- Churn of leaders will make hiring difficult and an interim title will create an additional hurdle to closing PM hires.

- Onboarding new hires.
- New PMs will need onboarding from someone within the product team who can educate new hires on how [redacted] works, cross functional team work, introduction to the Parsley tech stack.

- Allocation of EPD resources for Q4 & Q1 planning.
- Need within the next 4-6 weeks to define a roadmap for the remainder of Q4 & Q1, with ready knowledge of projects ready for dev and determination of where to allocate limited design resources.
