Incentivize the PMs to fill out the doc before the meeting, so you have more time during the meeting to discuss action plans, pivots, and more.

Share how it is going for the the principal (usually three) metrics. How are the numbers compared to the last day, weekly, or month? Some big variation?

If the PM needs to be organized, the part of "what is delivered" and "what is in WIP" is typically is a problem for them to figure out.

- When you have a rockstar PM that doesn't like to share too many problems to try to solve by himself, the attention point is the point.

What are the next deliveries that are already in development?

What will we focus on? One analogy I like is: If the world ends and you can press the button for the last deployment in the world, what will it be? This analogy is to exercise the power of prioritization of what matters and if some bomb drops, what can go down too.

We are conducting some tests to understand the primary triggers and types of information users that have already submitted an apartment are looking for.

Initial results: users want to compare information like price, square flat space from their apartments vs. other apartments close (same neighbors preference), and how many similar flats sold.

Test other push communications to users that drop in the Add Photo step

Two engineering team members will take vacations at the end of the sprint, so we expected less velocity from the following two sprints.

Next month we have two holidays (which will cause fewer apartments to be submitted)
