Basically we are looking for signs that they did research to understand our product here. These questions helped us check to see if they had a genuine interest in the role.

We choose the interviewers based on how closely the PMMs will work with them... so generally you will have growth, or content marketers, and the product managers and other PMMs. We are PLG so generally sales do not play a big role.
