What is paid user acquisition for Edvoy?
It's a way to use paid ads across multiple channels to scale up our business (lead generation, app installs), build brand as well as bring the message to the user.
Responsibilities in a nutshell
You're responsible for managing the ppc budget and your goal is to attract the core of our business - potential students (leads) that need help in choosing their study abroad journey. You have at least 3 years of paid user acquisition experience, you are data driven and understand how important experimentation is.
Purpose of the role
As a paid user acquisition manager you're the person that drives new users via paid media and manages the small team of skilled user acquisition specialists. You're the person that understands how the paid media channels work, how to use the self-serve ads managers, but also go deeper into understanding how the programmatic technology works. You know how to structure the campaigns, how to build the audiences (based on personas) and how important the effect of creatives for the effective campaign is - everything based on your experience, knowledge and passion in user acquisition. You should be familiar with the changes happening on the paid media channels and you should know how to pass it to your team. You're a person that understands the full funnel approach (AARRR funnel - pirate metrics) and how to use re-marketing lists to drive users down the funnel. You’ve spent tens or hundreds of thousands (if not millions!) of dollars in paid user acquisition and you know how to manage budgets but also understand the ROI from the money spent.
Skills and knowledge you’ll need to be successful in this role
- You have at least 3y experience with multiple user acquisition channels, but mainly google ads and facebook ads
- You understand how these channels work and what's the power of creative
