
New feature product spec for Notejoy Offline Support

Situation: Our team at Notejoy was trying to spec out a new feature around offline support. The impetus for this work was observed demand from existing users.
Purpose: We used this document internally to get the team aligned on what the solution should look like and help them make tradeoffs later on during the design/build process.
What we did after: After socializing this document, we worked with engineering to develop more detailed requirements.
