For us, creating a common language was important so we included the naming conventions; that may not be a need for others.

The first step to creating this document is not the framework, it is agreement from key stakeholders (product, CS, corporate marketing, sales, solutions consultants, existing clients, etc.) to prioritize this work.

There were a lot of ideas (as you can imagine) and alignment took some time, but the most important part was to make verbiage consistent and learn what resonates.

My only regret is that I wish I put this together earlier, because it created important alignment across the organization and one source of truth.
