A core part of this role is user acquisition to our free product. Considering we have millions of monthly visitors to our blog, content marketing will be an integral part of our acquisition strategy. This exercise is centered around free user acquisition which will be 80% of the role.
Details of the two-part exercise are below:
You need to write an article that will earn 25 backlinks from major publications (ex. Fortune, Business Insider, Techcrunch, Inc, etc) and get at least 5,000+ shares on social media. There is no minimum or maximum word count. Use your best judgment.
2. Pitch us on 2 to 3 content marketing campaigns that will drive free user signups.
Please come up with 2 to 3 content marketing campaigns we can leverage to convert readers/listeners/watchers into free users. Here are details:
- Choose any content medium. You're not constricted to blogging. You have the freedom to pick any content marketing medium (ex. video, audio, written, etc) you believe will drive the most product signups. Be prepared to discuss why you chose this medium vs other options.
