Email Campaign Conversion Experiment at Reforge
Fall 22 - 7/25/22 - Fall Cohort Announcement (Leads & Guests)
This is our first recurring or “champion” campaign that we send before each cohort. The primary message is to inform users that we have an upcoming cohort and to showcase the new programs that we’ve added (if applicable). The goal is to generate excitement and a sense of urgency to apply in order to participate in the upcoming cohort.
Will including the additional information about the key benefits of Reforge membership add value to the primary message, and increase app conversion?
If we include information about the additional benefits of being a Reforge member, we will increase application conversion by 10% because users will feel like they’re getting more value than just the live cohort experience.
