In my survey reports, I generally like to do a summary slide for each question and a couple of bullet points to summarize the key findings (this slide). And then I also like to include slides that include the quotes (see the next slide for an example). In the readout, I included more quote slides, but some of those have been redacted here.

That's one of the big advantages of doing the open-ended questions --- you get that rich feedback. So I would definitely recommend including them because they're really persuasive and they just add so much more context.

Sometimes it can be helpful to include example screenshots to illustrate how other products tackle the same concern voiced by the respondents. I like to include callout boxes to make it super clear what I'm pointing to.
